Annual General Meeting

The 62nd Annual General Meeting of the Ashburton Trading Society Limited T/A Ruralco will be held on Tuesday 18th November 2025 at 11am, at the Hotel Ashburton 35 Racecourse Road, Ashburton.

A formal notice of the meeting will be given in due course. 

2025 Director Nominations

If you wish to nominate a Shareholder for the position of a Director of the Ashburton Trading Society Limited T/A Ruralco, both you and the candidate are required to be transacting Shareholders or the appointee of a Transacting Shareholder.  

The completed form of nomination must be submitted either online or to Ruralco reception by 5pm, Friday 17th October 2025.
    Nomination forms are available to complete online below, alternatively, you can call our team on 03 307 5100 to be sent a copy, collect a copy from your local store in either Ashburton, Methven, or Rakaia, or email [email protected] to request a copy.

    Please note that the information provided by nominees will be sent to shareholders with the 2025 Annual Report and published on the website (excluding personal contact information).
