At Ruralco, farming is at the heart of everything we do. Our sponsorship programme is all about giving back to our shareholders, our local communities, and the farmers who keep Mid Canterbury growing. 

Whether it's supporting local events, rural schools, or community groups, we want to back the initiatives that matter to our farmers and their families. When rural communities come together, great things happen - and we’re proud to be part of that.
Ruralco Sponsored Events
Below are some of the events and groups that we have sponsored in the past. If you would like your Ruralco sponsored event featured here, please send your photos to sponsorship@ruralco.co.nz.

Application Process
  • Complete the application form below with as much detail as possible.
  • You will be sent an acknowledgement email confirming we have received your application.
  • Applications will be assessed once a month - so be sure to allow as much lead time as possible before the event, with a minimum of 4 weeks needed to process the application. 
  • We will provide notification of the final decision at the earliest opportunity.
Sponsorship Guidelines
  • We sponsor local groups/organisations or events in relation to our farming community.
  • We are unable to sponsor individuals.
  • We will consider sponsorship requests that align with our business' values and brand.
  • All applicants must complete the sponsorship application.
  • Any sponsorship request $1,000 or more must be accompanied by a sponsorship proposal and business overview and will be reviewed by the CEO.
