We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced retail assistant with farming knowledge to join our Mid Canterbury farm supplies co-operative. This is a full-time role, predominantly based in our Ashburton store. From time-to-time you may be required to work in either our Methven or Rakaia stores. This role includes regular Saturday work, ideally on a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

About you
You will be an experienced, sales driven retail assistant, committed to delivering excellent customer service, with comprehensive agricultural knowledge. It would be desirable to have specific spray hardware knowledge, but not essential.
You will have an excellent great interpersonal and organisational skills, a can-do attitude, an eye for detail, and the ability to build strong, mutually respective, and beneficial relationships.
As part of our friendly, service focused retail sales team, you will bring energy, commitment, and great people skills, ensuring every interaction meets our exceptional service standards.
