GrainSure is a silo monitoring system. GrainSure develops and supports an end-to-end feed-silo monitoring solution (hardware, software, services) for farmers and feed suppliers.

GrainSure provides rugged on-silo sensors and a cloud application that shows real-time feed levels, usage trends and predicted days-to-empty. By turning raw sensor data into reliable insights and alerts, farms can order on time and suppliers can optimise delivery runs.

Sensors on each silo send small data packets over long-range, low-power network (LoRa) to a gateway, then securely to the cloud.
Algorithms automatically reject outliers and smooth uneven feed profiles (mounding, hollowing, etc.) to report accurate fill levels.
Farmers see real-time feed levels, forecast days of supply, and automated alerts; suppliers can provide a superior service and coordinate scheduling across their customer base.
