If you would like to apply for a fuel card, please complete the form below. You can choose to restrict the types of purchases allowed on the card or enable all purchase options (this allows any product to be bought at a fuel outlet). Additional control features are available, including the ability to set monthly, daily, and per-transaction spend limits for each card. Once the lowest limit is reached, the cardholder will be unable to make further purchases until the next period begins.

PIN Required

You can choose your 4-digit pin on the form below. There is no restriction on the number however we strongly recommend you choose a Pin which will not be obvious to others e.g 1234.

Fuel Card Application

The Ruralco Account holder will be contacted to approve this fuel card order. If you are not the account holder, please ensure they are aware of the request. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery of the cards.

Fuel Cards Available

Although the Ruralco Credit Card can be used for fuel purchases at Mobil stations with a 12 c discount, you may also have a need for an alternative fuel card

Ruralco Mobilcard

12* cents per litre off the displayed pump price for petrol and diesel.

BP Plus Fuel Card

5* cents per litre off BP national list price. Discounts may vary at truck stops.

Z Business Fuel Card

Z/Caltex/Challenge Service Stations: 10* cents per litre off the displayed pump price – on all fuels.
Z/Caltex Truckstops: Diesel – 11* cents per litre off the Z National Price. 91/95 – 5* cents per litre off the displayed pump price.

AdBlue – 24* cents per litre off the displayed pump price.
