About the roleWe’re looking for an experienced, relationship focused Credit & Resolution Specialist who genuinely cares about our Members and Merchants and the Mid Canterbury rural sector. You’ll also have a proven background in debt collection and credit risk, ideally with a solid understanding of banking and financial practises, including legislative compliance requirements.
Our Credit and Membership team supports and delivers meaningful service to our valued members and as our Credit & Resolution Specialist you will have the opportunity to grow in a role that supports our Members, Merchants, and our internal team.
This is a varied role which includes supporting the management of credit risk accounts and debt collection, dispute resolution tasks, the processing of remittances and rebates, carrying out accurate and timely month end procedures, and a variety of tasks which support our Members and Merchants.
