About the roleOur Credit and Membership team supports and delivers meaningful service to our Members and as our Resolution Specialist you will provide exceptional customer service, including the fair and timely resolution of any statement or invoice disputes. As well as working with our Members and Merchants, you will also liaise with a number of teams across our business, always with a focus on delivering efficient, courteous, professional communication and customer service experiences.
In addition to dispute management tasks, our Resolution Specialist will also process remittances and rebates, carry out accurate and timely month-end procedures, and follow our Member and Merchant enquiry processes.
