Ruralco welcomes Nicola Peddie as General Manager Sales
We're excited to welcome Nicola Peddie to Ruralco as our new General Manager Sales.
As our co-operative continues to evolve, we've refined our leadership structure to create greater focus across both Procurement and Sales. This newly created role reflects our commitment to strengthen our understanding of member’s needs, deepen member relationships, support our teams, and deliver even greater value across our farmer-owned co-operative.
Nicola brings extensive leadership experience across the agricultural and research sectors, with a strong background in commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and building value for farmers.
Throughout her career she has worked closely with growers, suppliers, and global industry partners, combining commercial expertise with a genuine passion for New Zealand agriculture.
In her new role, Nicola will lead our sales teams across the business, working closely with our team, suppliers, and members throughout Mid Canterbury.
