Agrecovery May Drum Run

Large Drum Collection

Agrecovery will be completing a large drum collection for the whole of New Zealand starting on the 1st of May. Due to high volumes we ask that you book in your drums as soon as you are able, so we can get a head start on collections. Especially if you're a dairy property moving on the 1st of June.

Drums/IBCs must be:

•              HDPE, Plastic number 2

•              61-1000L in size

•              Triple rinsed, and free from chemical residue inside and out

•              Completely drained (drill hole if needed)

•              Have the bungs removed

•              Labels left on

Only drums/IBCs from participating brand owners are free to recycle. Look for the Agrecovery logo on the drum or check out our list of participating brands here!

 Drop-off Locations

Agrecovery now has six drop off locations around the country for your large drums (61-210L) and IBCs (500-1000L).

Please Note: The May drum run is the busiest time for drum collections with many members moving sheds on June 1st. Therefore if you are near one of these locations, we encourage you to drop off your drums to avoid the possible wait times of having them collected. Please let us know if you need to cancel your booking as a result.
