COVID-19 Update - 23/04/20

We would like to thank all our members, staff, customers and suppliers for working with us through these past few weeks on Level 4 alert. We have been inspired by the collective effort in our community to work together and unite against COVID-19.

Now that we are preparing for a move to Level 3, we have made a couple of small but significant changes in the way we can support you.

What this means for you?

You can still shop with us by advanced email or phone orders, shop online or in store.

OUR STORES

Our strict onsite protocols will remain in place, please refer to our website for full details.

We will continue to operate under reduced hours as follows:

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Saturday – All stores are closed

WORKING FROM HOME

As we enter Level 3 protocols, we will continue to have most of our team working from home.

ON FARM VISITS

We will now allow our On-Farm Account Managers to visit a member’s farm for pre-arranged visits only, but they must not meet with the farmer. All visits must be contactless and purely for the purposes of checking a crop and assisting with your business needs. We will be keeping accurate contact records so that in the event of an outbreak occurring, we can accurately trace all contact between members, our team, and suppliers. All orders and requests must continue to be carried out in a contactless manner via phone or email.

We want to continue to stay open and support your farming business with essential items, and we are also prioritising our people’s welfare to ensure we all remain safe.

Please let’s all remember to be kind and respect each other as we continue to adapt to these changing times.

For the latest information on how to interact with us during COVID-19 please visit our website or call the team on 0800 787 256.
